10 <p>The latest release is <b>3.20</b>. This is an incremental
11 upgrade with a some significant new features and some bug fixes,
12 however old 3.0x configuration files should be fully compatible.
13 New features are documented in the CHANGES and NewStuff files.</p>

19 Upgrading from previous releases is worth doing, particularly
20 since a denial-of-service hole has been fixed over 3.0x and lower
23 <p>There were a number of early beta versions of exim with version
24 numbers less than <b>1.0</b>. These should now be avoided.
25 Versions earlier than <b>2.0x</b> should also be upgraded.
26 Version 3.0x releases are also best upgraded.</p>
28 <p>There may be beta versions with available from the ftp sites in
29 the Testing directory. Many people are using these without
30 problems, but they are not recommended unless you are willing to
31 work with beta software.</p>
