Fix testsuite build on Solaris

As of s11, Solaris & derivatives need libsocket and libnsl.  Ensure they are searched for
by autoconfig.  This seems to be successfully ignored on Linux.
Credit to Dave Edmondson (dme@dme.org) for the fix.
